"This is part of an ongoing series of work. The first Acclivity wood original, approximately life-size was carved from one solid cypress tree trunk, which grew outside my late Grandmother’s house, opposite my studio. The finished sculpture stood over 9ft tall in total and sold to a private collection. This piece is the small collectable Limited Edition bronze cast. This design is a benchmark piece, one of the first linking my Symbolism work with my figurative sculpture".
