Originally trained as a painter, Myrtle taught for many years in a Sixth Form College in Bristol,
and set up a relief printmaking section in the Art department of the college.
Early retirement gave her the opportunity to pursue her love of drawing, and to
record in colour and relief print the local landscape .
Myrtle has exhibited work in the RWA and the RA, is a member of the Bath Society of Artists
and the London based Society of Graphic Fine Art.
